Focus of Qi Gong

The main focus of Qi Gong practice is to release stagnant internal Qi or energy and to absorb positive Qi through physical movement and visualization.

Qi Gong consists of specific techniques that purge, tonify and balance the body's internal and external energy fields. Qi Gong practitioners train posture and breath. They practice visualization, turning the consciousness inside the body, and focus on developing a tranquil interior and humble exterior.

The practice of Tai Chi Qi Gong improves health by breaking up blockages in the flow of chi, thereby restoring energy balance.
